I never did any of this stuff before, you know sitting down and writing down a plan. First I had to sit down and write down some larger goals or where I wanted to go in both life and financially. I started to change this life and learn these new habits of thinking by understanding that I do not have the answerer's and that my thoughts lead to my feeling and that my feelings lead to my actions which leads to the results that I am getting with myself. I need to change my life started with changing my thinking by following successful people and working harder on myself than on my job. I got that from this fellow by the name of Jim Rohn. You might have heard of him!

See, after I started to take this course of action in changing my thoughts it resulted in how I did things which in the end started to give me different results. And it was pretty cool. It was results that I was trying to reach. My goals. In business it was getting more sign ups and sales and things like more facebook likes to my pages. All of this stuff started to change as soon as I need to change my life and took action and started to do so.

In my experience one of the best things you can do for mentoring and being a good leader is to help that person grow to become better. I mean encourage them to watch inspirational videos, training videos for success. I have found that for most its the things that you do not see that are more important than the things that you do see.  By watching this stuff and surrounding yourself with successful people you are conditioning your mind to think like successful people think and when that happens just about everything you do will be done better.
