For instance, the first thing I suggest people to do that works for me is to set up a blog either on a free platform like blogger or wordpress or to set up your own domain and blog and to blog everyday and to share your post with all your friends on your social networking sites.  What you are doing here is building yourself a long term asset with a blog. Once you get listed for keywords you will get traffic and this traffic can last for a long time. of course its up to you to keep on top of it.

In my experience one of the best things you can do for mentoring and being a good leader is to help that person grow to become better. I mean encourage them to watch inspirational videos, training videos for success. I have found that for most its the things that you do not see that are more important than the things that you do see.  By watching this stuff and surrounding yourself with successful people you are conditioning your mind to think like successful people think and when that happens just about everything you do will be done better. Ever notice how some people can follow a plan and succeed why others will do the exact same thing and get no results. Well this is why my friend.
